Congrats on your first phone. If you ever want to escape, there is always an “off” button. One way I figured out to not be addicted to it is to never people expect you to answer an email right away. If people expect replies quickly you will turn into that person who is always frantically texting and emailing at restaurants, meetings and other inappropriate moments. It can really turn into a ball and chain:(
